ADVERTISING INQUIRIES
How Full Access Media Group handles information submitted through its advertising inquiry form.
Information collected
The form asks for your name, email address, interested publications, campaign objective and message. Company / Organization, campaign timing and budget are optional. The website also records the submission time and IP address, and a website account identifier when you submit while signed in.
Purpose, routing and storage
We use the information you provide to respond to your request and discuss advertising availability or a proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not create a campaign booking or enroll you in a newsletter.
The website uses WordPress and Hash Form to save inquiry entries in its website database and send an email notification containing the submitted details to editorial@fullaccessmediagroup.com. Your email address is used as the reply address for that notification. The website hosting and email systems process the information to store and deliver the inquiry.
Website entries and email notification copies are stored separately. Deleting a website entry does not itself delete an email copy from a mailbox. Please identify your inquiry when contacting us about either copy.
